Today’s new workout is made with only 3 exercises, isn’t it great? Honestly when I am doing such simple workouts time flies and I don’t feel that 20 minutes has gone by. By memorizing the exercises allow me to concentrate more on my routines and be determines to finish my workouts more efficiently as quickly as possible. All you need for this workout is a chair and some kitchen paper or an old t-shirt. You are going to see why we need it soon enough.

So there are only 3 exercises and our aim is to complete as many of these as possible within 15 minutes.
